Welcome Kinlie Johnson to SDABA Staff

You’ll hear a new voice on the other end of the line when you call the SDABA office in Pierre! Kinlie Johnson joined the SDABA team as Administrative Director this week. Kinlie is originally from Northeast Colorado where she grew up on her family’s diversified farm and ranch raising Angus and Limousin seedstock cattle, row crops, and selling Pioneer Seed. As the 5th generation involved in her family’s operation, Kinlie has developed a passion and love for all things agriculture.

Kinlie attended Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado before transferring to South Dakota State University and obtaining degrees in Agriculture Business and Agriculture Leadership. She competed heavily on the Livestock Judging Team during her time at SDSU and is currently finishing up a Master’s degree in Financial Planning.

Recently married this past August, Kinlie and her husband Zeke now live in Pierre and are excited about this new transition. She loves the opportunity to head home to help on the farm and be surrounded by family whenever possible.

Kinlie will be training with Roxanne until her retirement at the end of June. Please help us welcome Kinlie! She can be reached at kinlie@sdaba.org.
