If you are registering yourself or another individual, follow these instructions:

To start, click this link to go to the login page.

Once you get to the login page, your Username and Password are both your FirstnameLastnameZipcode. For example, JohnDoe57501 for both Username and Password. After you enter those click the Login button.

After you log in your screen will look something like this. Click the register link.

This will take you a registration form. Your name will already be filled in along with the registration date. Click the Register button again.

You will be taken to the confirmation page.

 

Click the Pay Online button to finish. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.
